Welcome drink prepared by Chef Gabriele Eusebi

The menu includes:

  • Stuffed olives with smoked cauliflower
  • Baby mozzarellas in carriage
  • Croutons with: sweet and sour shallot, sweet gorgonzola roasted pancetta cold gazpacho with turnip tops with seaweed, pumpkin and radicchio
  • Soup: leeks, potatoes and herring
  • Rice with mushroom and black cabbage
  • Hamburger: mini burger with Marchigiana meat, mayonnaise, wild mustard, salad, cheese
  • Savory biscuit with panna cotta and celeriac

The evening ends with Panettone Filippo (natural leavening) and Grande Moscato D’Asti Santo Stefano
